CCS Group Meeting - August 2014

Our bi-monthly CCS Group meeting for researchers in our partner institutes.

Our next meeting will be a special summer gathering, providing the perfect opportunity to network with other researchers and find out about funding opportunities and potential collaborations.

This time, we'll be doing some "Research Speed-dating", an excellent way to hear about a wide range of research in the shortest possible time. It will be run by Sara Brouwer, from the University of Edinburgh’s School of GeoSciences, who has adapted the speed-dating format to suit the world of academia.

Before that, we will hear from Will Hazell, of environmental consultants ERM, who is part of the team engaged in environmental impact assessment as part of the Peterhead CCS Project's front-end engineering and design study. Not to be missed!

From 5-6pm, join us in the ECCI cafe for a glass of wine and finger buffet. If the weather is fine, we'll take the party outside to the courtyard.
